Hogs Back Reservoir walk, Surrey. (Circular walk)

Description;
A lovely a 4.5 mile walk through the Surrey countryside follow by a visit to a country pub. This route follows public bridle ways and footpaths part of the route is a long the North Downs way.

Mile 1:
From the Withes Inn pub turn right up the road (north) follow the road to right to the end of Polsted Lane. Once you are at the end of Polsted Lane take the footpath to the left follow this footpath until you reach the farm with the horses.

Mile 2:

Following the footpath around the farm you will reach the road turn right to head up to the Watts Gallery when you reach the Watts Gallery take the North Downs way bridal path. Follow this path until you get to a cross road of paths. At the cross road take the path to left.

Mile 3:Follow this path until you reach Down Lane, turn right on Down Lane and then on to Farnam Road as soon as you turn on to road you should see a foot path to the right of the pavement. Follow this footpath until you come across footpath turning right. Follow this path till the end.

Mile 4:
Follow the path to the end where you find a T junction take the path to right and follow the path till you get to cross roads and take the path to the left. Follow this path till you reach Polsted Lane and then follow Polsted Lane back to the Withes Inn.
