Walk up from the key at Poron, then were turned left along the street, by telephone box and a seat. Go right up the steps signposted to the hills and hall walk go that at the next junction and keep along the path ahead. Kate right at the junction and passed a National Trust site in North Downs.

Turn right at the T-junction with the track, then in just a few places, Beryl left along a path signposted pond and Budnick which are wooden gate onto the lane don't go through the gate, but instead bear left and go for a third date. Follow a path established by the National Trust, eventually to send the wooden steps.

At a T junction with the track turn right and climb up hill is worth diverting left at the T-junction to visit .4. On this route, Rachel Lane. Go there for a few places then, on a bend by little Churchtown farm, there are right and Thorogate signed after church climb steadily to reach the church of Saint Whinknowe Rome.

Turn left outside the church Apollo an hour then. At a T junction, just be on Pencarrow carpark, cross the road and go for a gate then turn right along the field edge of office on a par Stablers by National Trust go through a navigate. Turn left along the field edge.

At the field corner turn right onto and coastal path and to send fairest BP. And carrot head goes left over the style and follow the path onto the headband. From here the coastal park and we were joined and access made to great Lantic Beach. Follow the coastal path all for about 2 km key to the cliff edge nor in any junctions.

Where the cliff path ends, go through gate to a road junction. Cross the road and go down School Lane. Turn right at speakers corner, then turn left down for street to reach the key.
